we have the same drain that gets clogged about once a year,and Action plumbing comes out takes 1/2 hour snakes it out charges $60 even on a sunday. Tri County Plumbing comes out takes 4 times as long to do the same thing, and gives us a bill for $326,and thats with a 10% discount and a senior discount the bill without that was $460. This company is a joke and I would strongly advise against using them!
Tri county came out to my house when I was in need of emergency help. I had a major leak.They were suppose to arrive at 3:00, I left work early to make sure I would be their in time. Then they showed up at 7:00 no call notifying me of the inconvenience . All though they arrived late they quickly repaired the leak, finding that the water heater need to be replaced. They gave the price which I thought was fair so I went with them. At the time of the repair they said if we called back in less 90 days they would give a discount on the services. We then need plumbing services about thirty days later. I called Tri-County once again. They said they could come out the next day from 9-11. They showed up at 2:00. Again late. I had them work on two bathrooms. One which was left with a running toilet. Then the second bathroom which I had them install a mixer has now caused a leak to the third bathroom which I did not have them work on, by heating up the pipes to fast. They had to come back the next day which I scheduled with them at noon to finish the installation of a toilet, sink, faucet, and shower head. I was on a tight time frame that the plumbers where aware of for an appraiser to be coming out at 5:00. The plumbers did not arrive until 4:15, with no call at all. I called the call center were I was very rudely addressed by the customer service person. I called around 2:00 to find out if the plumbers would be arriving soon. The lady on the other end of the phone did not apologize for the inconvenience, she just said fine you want to cancel. I said no I schedule a service that I need to have performed. The lady continued to be rude. The appraiser was pushed back to a later time of 6:30 and the plumbers still had not left the house. Then the price was ridicules they charged almost 700 dollars.
We love our plumber Nate.They are very knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and family are thankful for the service we receive.
